Consistency. I’ve been committed to wellness in and out. Staying active is a proven statistic that yields “well” aging. We’re eating & working out for our next decade.
I love a good brisk walk or jog but not the gym. Yesterday, I decided to bring the gym to me & purchased a few items that aid this effort.
Subsequently, I did a little unsuccessful dog 👀 and home items shopping. While my mom characteristically pointed out suitable men & asked me to reconsider not going to the gym for & I quote, “aren’t men there?” Gotta love her.
After worship today, I hosted the family for a little SOUL FOOD. Which these days are little different with three diets to appease. Nonetheless, you may be wondering if you made it to this point why I shared all of this. There isn’t a profound reason other than the day felt good for the soul.

This verse speaks to many things, one being life fulfillment is not solely by natural food but a full soul has layers. Our Faith, right relationships, rest etc. all equate to soul care.
