Vashti, keep love simple.

Writer: God's BusinesswomanGod's Businesswoman

The title of this post repeated to me for days. No one wants to be called Vashti, she was dethroned.

The other day, I had to have a deep conversation I did not want to have let alone initiate. In trying to edit this video, it kept stopping on a part where it appears I'm rolling my eyes. I decided to keep it because that was my outward sentiment to what I knew I needed to do.

Do you remember Vashti? She was asked to come before the King and his intoxicated friends wearing her crown. She refused. I reread Esther because clearly this is not the name for me...but I heard again with some further instructions:

"Vashti, keep love simple. & bare it all. Remember to always wear your crown 👑."

Humans often complicate what's meant to be simple. Vulnerability (with the right ones) actually brings healing...even liberty. I didn't want to share, wondered if my words would be received, or requited. Then I saw this quote, "Love is never wasted, for its value doesn't rest on reciprocity." I then understood the assignment.

This work is vulnerable! I'm Queen Private. However, we will not overcome if our stories are never spoken. Words are powerful, life giving and changing but they must be released at the right time.

9.19 is the date God gave me for a work written four years ago. This series is about love God's way. His love is transformative and healing. He is the one that is requiting you in every area and giving you liberty to love His way.

As we embark this journey, remember to keep love simple, be willing to bare it all, & always wear your crown. The crown is an understanding of your divine position, God always requites us, even if man does not.

This poem...spoken word...whatever you want to call it commences this love process & trust me it's not just another love book. Stay tuned to find out why!
