"Regroup"

About last week...

Have you ever noticed that phones charge the fastest when turned off? My observation is people are the same way. It took me almost a full week to rest & digest what just happened. Now that I regrouped, I'll be sharing some nuggets periodically on HERspace Blog.

Last week, I was chosen with approximately 19 other leaders across the globe to further create & impact change in our industries at a local Ivy League.

CHANGE. FREEDOM. EXPANSION.

These words were thematic throughout my week's stay. I'll dive into the aforementioned in future HERspace Blogs.

Today, I want to share regrouping.

Regrouping is to reassemble or organize something again in order to make a new effort, especially after a defeat.

In layman's terms, to put something or someone back together after a disassembling.

To build back up what was once torn down but only better than before.

Twelve nations represented, multiple purposes and plans, yet similar drives in our field of expertise. As I listened to the different languages, professional experiences, achievements, & goals, I realized we are the "piece" that the other was missing.

Biblically or historically, CHANGE enters the conversation when two things occur: A shift in mindset & uniting of people (be it two or many). When the "right" people unite, change is inevitable & progress is secured.

The results pyramid was one of my favorite concepts.

The idea is when people have a new experience > that creates a new belief >thusly developing a new action > that yields a specific & changed result.

The uniting of industry leaders across the world was a powerful experience. Hearing others' triumphs & strategies created the plausible belief that whatever the set goal can be accomplished. Immediate action for all involved within our field assignments occurred & results (CHANGES) are already happening.

Re-group has taken on a different meaning for me. Sometimes, it's time to "re" group, expand (not eliminate prior) your territory. I knew it was time to partner & expand my company when I had gone as far as I could go alone.

As we closeout this beautiful HOT Saturday, take a moment to regroup. Thinking on those plans & visions that the Father has assigned your hands. Is it time to expand your territory & regroup?

In that room, the pieces began to come together ❤️. Mindsets were expanded & are shifting. The best is yet to come. Stay tuned.
